- Registration and Attendance
- Eligibility: Registration is restricted to Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs), healthcare professionals, and medical students.
- Credentials: Attendees must provide their valid State Medical Council registration number during checkout.
- Access: Your registration badge grants entry only to the specified scientific sessions and exhibition halls.
- Badges: Badges are non-transferable and must be worn visibly at all times within the venue premises.
- Fees and Payment
- Payment: All registration fees must be paid in full via approved payment gateways prior to entry.
- Rates: Early-bird, standard, and on-site rates are bound by the deadlines published on the official event website (www.tanpaps2027.com).
- Taxes: Fees are subject to statutory Indian taxes (GST), which will be calculated at checkout.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
All refunds are calculated excluding GST. Written cancellation requests must be emailed to tanpaps2027@gmail.com.
- Full Refund: Cancellation requests received on or before 30 November 2026 will receive a 100% refund (excluding GST).
- Partial Refund: Cancellation requests received after 30 November 2026 and up to 31 January 2027 will receive a 50% refund (excluding GST).
- No Refund: No refund will be issued for cancellations made after 31 January 2027, or for no-shows.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14–30 business days.
- Force Majeure: If the conference is cancelled by the organisers due to circumstances beyond their control, fees will be refunded or credited.
- CME Credit Points
- Accreditation: This in-person event is accredited by the Tamil Nadu Medical Council (TNMC).
- Points Allotted: Eligible delegates will be awarded 2 to 4 CME credit hours.
- Attendance Tracking: In compliance with TNMC guidelines, attendance will be monitored via physical registers or badge scanning.
- Verification: The final attendance sheet must be countersigned by the designated TNMC Official Observer on the final day.
- Certificates: Valid CME certificates will only be issued to delegates who complete the mandatory daily attendance logs.
- Code of Conduct
- Behaviour: All participants must behave professionally and respectfully toward speakers, staff, and fellow attendees.
- Harassment: Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.
- Reporting: Any violations should be reported immediately to the on-site event management desk.
- Photography and Media Release
- Recording: Organisers will take photographs and video recordings during the event for promotional and educational use.
- Consent: By attending, you grant the organisers the right to use your likeness in future marketing materials.
- Personal Media: Flash photography and extended video recording of presentation slides by attendees are strictly prohibited.
- Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All presentation materials, abstracts, and slides remain the intellectual property of the respective speakers.
- Distribution: Attendees may not record, reproduce, or redistribute conference content for commercial purposes.
- Liability and Insurance
- Medical Disclaimer: Content presented is for educational purposes and does not constitute formal clinical or legal medical advice.
- Property: Organisers and the venue management are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- Travel: Attendees are strongly advised to secure their own travel and health insurance prior to attending.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Pisputes: Any legal disputes arising from this registration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
