Cancellation and Refund Policy

All refunds are calculated excluding GST. Written cancellation requests must be emailed to tanpaps2027@gmail.com.

  • Full Refund: Cancellation requests received on or before 30 November 2026 will receive a 100% refund (excluding GST).
  • Partial Refund: Cancellation requests received after 30 November 2026 and up to 31 January 2027 will receive a 50% refund (excluding GST).
  • No Refund: No refund will be issued for cancellations made after 31 January 2027, or for no-shows.
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14–30 business days.
  • Force Majeure: If the conference is cancelled by the organisers due to circumstances beyond their control, fees will be refunded or credited.
